I can already smell the blood of the Democrats.

an ominous sign for the party hoping to repel GOP forces on Election Day.

Doesn't anybody know how to write anything? Republicans looking to repel their own voters?

"Republicans have requested more absentee ballots than Democrats in Ohio's three largest counties."

Stay vigilant....this fact means little to ACORN who probably already has ones prefilled out to close and overcome this gap.

Only one problem,,,,,
“In Cuyahoga County, registered Democrats have requested 60,960 absentee ballots compared with 28,888 for voters registered as Republicans, according to the county Board of Elections figures through Tuesday.”

As a turnout indication this is a positive for republicans. ON the other hand, absentee ballots are frequently not counted at all—ever. And they “get lost” easily too.

That was my thought, I think traditionally, Republicans vote by absentee ballots more than Democrats. Not sure of that, maybe soeone has some past statistics on these counties.

The articles title is EXTREMELY misleading!

” Hamilton County Democrats requested 43,419 absentee ballots compared with 27,813 from county Republicans that year.”

“Consider that Democrats hold an almost four-to-one edge in voter registration in Cuyahoga County, according to Ohio Secretary of State office statistics. Once that ratio is taken into account, the numbers show 33 percent of the Republicans in Cuyahoga County have requested an absentee ballot thus far compared with 18 percent of Democrats.”

Just heard on Rush that one of those counties is Cleveland. Does that mean these ballots will disappear and wont be counted?

Correct me if I’m wrong but in a general (non-primary) election isn’t the ballot the same for all voters regardless of registration?

If so then such counts should NOT be publicly announced.

As usual, seemingly innocuous stories about voter demographics etc. is an attempt to influence the outcome and maybe - they hope - bring scorn to the GOP.

Dems and leftists (possibly redundant) just can’t sit still and allow the election to decide - they are constantly trying to shift the goalposts.

Beware! The vote fraud scamsters often create “phantom voters” and register them as Republicans, Greens, etc. to confuse investigators. However, the phantoms always vote democrat.
