Long before Andy Griffith shilled for Obamacare in an ad you paid for, Ron Howard starred with Griffith in a 2008 campaign video dedicated to telling everyone how much Hope & Change was needed in order to save the country.
In the spirit of equal Howard family time, below is a short video from Heritage Action called Obama Tax Hikes in which Ron Howards brother, Clint, strikes a blow for the rebellion.

Clint has obviously not been brainwashed by the Hollywood leftists like his brother Ronnie and Andy Griffith.

Wow, that’s the last time Clint will be in one of his brother’s movies... He seems to be the master of bit parts. I’ve seen him in so many movies, with very small parts...

Opie’s a Hopey Dopey. Clint, you have my sympathies - we all have some twisted branches on our family trees.

He's been on Dennis Miller. Last time I heard him, he just finished a role in a BloodRayne sequel with Uwe Bolle in Eastern Europe someplace.

Hope and Change - When you want a new direction and you find out the change is actually from tax-and-spend to spend-and-tax.

I always enjoyed Andy Griffith, but I can't stand the commercials for Obamacare. And not just for the fact that they are for Obamacare. They seem to be recorded louder than the other commercials, (maybe so the senior target audience can hear them...). I race for the mute button every time I hear NINNNNTEEN SIXXXXXXTY FIIIIVE bellowing from my speakers at the volume of a jet engine.

*Wow, thats the last time Clint will be in one of his brothers movies... He seems to be the master of bit parts. Ive seen him in so many movies, with very small parts...*
He starred in “The Ice Cream Man” it's Monster Chiller Horror Theater type movie.
One of the Posters on a movie site said,”In the beginning sequence, the ice cream truck reads (on the back doors): “Watch Out For Children.” Later in the movie, we see that Gregory has painted over the word “For” so that it now says: “Watch Out Children.” But, at times, the word “FOR” is mysteriously back on the van, sometimes from one shot to the next.”
One of Clint's lines is “You can't run from the ice cream man! I know where you live!”

The little Tranya guy was Opie’s brother?
He seemed somehow familiar when I first saw the episode as a fifth- or sixth-grader. A 40-year mystery solved.

All these years Mayberry was a secret KGB commune and we never knew. Allowing Otis to let himself in and out of jail should have been a red flag but I confess I missed it.

HOORAY FOR CLINT!
He was the PB & J kid in the old Andy Griffith shows.
he was also the kid on Gentle Ben.
Clint is the one with the brains in the family.
Such a shame about Ron....

What does that old greedy geezer Andy’s opinion matter ? He got SS and medicare, unlike us. By 2014 he will be gone or wont even remember his own name. Talk about irrelevant.

And did anyone ever pay Floyd after getting their hair cut?

Sounds like it’s almost as good as the original “I Spit on Your Grave”....</sarcasm>
To: DFG
Ah, so Clint got all the brains in the family. Poor Ron, life is so cruel.

Nope, Floyd never got paid and now that you mention that I remember everyone just helping themselves to soda pops out of Gomer and Goober’s cooler at the gas station. Communal pop machine. All the signs were there. How did we miss them all these years?
