And so goes the White House with these attacks on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce drummed up by the “professional left’s” blogosphere that it is using foreign donations to finance political advertising.
Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer however, had another take on what these attacks are. He said they’re not insane, but desperation of on of the highest degrees. During the Oct. 11 broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Special Report with Bret Baier,” Krauthammer attacked the Obama administration, calling this campaign against the Chamber “reptilian desperation.”

According to journalist M. Stanton Evans, in his new book on Joe McCarthy, the Senator did have evidence of Communist Party memberships for those he talked about. His style of interrogation and talking was piss-poor and rude, but it looks like he was right in who he targets despite efforts by the Left to deny his information.
On behalf of slime and ooze inhabitants, I resent the comparisons of the Democrats to them. They are useful creatures who recycle the detritus of the environment which is more than you can say about Democrats and liberals.

You, sir, are right. McCarthy was correct about Communist infiltration of the US government.
But he threw his net a bit too wide, and was not sophisticated enough to charm the elites that be.
Well, I finally got in to read the article. Interesting stuff, and a horrible critique of what Obama’s doing. He is clearly in way over his head, and is now puzzling even his left-wing elitist supporters.
Jonah Goldberg commented that Obama sounds like he’s hanging out at leftist blogs. I’d say that’s accurate. Just listen to him. He sounds just like a basement-dwelling DU’er.

Krauthammer once accused the Left of projecting. He should have accused the WH of projecting their own crime from the presidential campaign to the Chamber of Commerce.
