The New York State Board of Elections expects to get hit as early as Tuesday with a court order from the U.S. Department of Justice targeting counties violating a federal law that protects military voters, the state board’s chairman told FoxNews.com.

They will sue, so what? Cuomo wins and it is tossed out. Paladino wins and it will go to court that the military was disenfranchised and they will hold the results until they find enough votes for Cuomo to win.
What difference is a lawsuit at this late time going to do? Those military voters won’t get to vote...
Can we actually believe that they ( the department of Justice ) would have moved on their own in this action had it not been for the people protesting about this ?
Dr. Evil’s “Secretary of State” project in action. His five-year mission to get hard-core leftists in charge of the voting machinery in hundreds of state and local jurisdictions. I agree that nothing will come of this. At the end of the day, it will be seen that nobody actually suffers any criminal penalties.
The military still won’t get their ballots.
I read elsewhere that counting stateside and overseas this comes to about 400,000 votes.
Ain’t buying it. I’m not buying the phony outrage from Sen. Schumer(sp?) and I don’t believe for one second that this administration cares about this issue.
The DemocRATS are as anti-military as they come. They are probably tickled to death that this occurred but, to put on a good face during an election year, they act outraged and even file suit against this Board of Elections (which could drag on well after the election and our military still won’t be able to have their votes counted) but what about some of the other states that have been violating the law concerning military absentee ballots? There has been news that I’ve seen here on FreeRepublic about other states who were “moving slowly” on getting the ballots out to the military.
I just don’t believe that DemocRATS are that concerned about the military vote, especially given that it goes against them most of the time.

Holder will make it look like they fought for what is right, but in the end, our military voters will get screwed, AGAIN.
The feds have waited ‘past’ the last minute and is using the court to run out the clock while making it look like they tried.
This was a SET UP so that the Obama admin looks like they are supporting the military!!!
They waited until it was too late to effectively remedy the situation.
