She is doing a great job, IMO. Despite the annoying, testosterone-challenged, vertically-challenged Blitzer and that annoying woman who is also interogating O’Donnell.

My husband and I thought Christine did very well overall. Coons is an arrogant, condescending elitist JERK. A trust fund snake oil salesman. "GREAT question, Wolf!" ...wink wink... "I know your on my side, Wolf!" *barf*

Ugh, how Christine could bear sitting so close to this creep I'll never know.

Wolfie was obnoxious, as was the woman on the panel. As someone else mentioned upthread, it was definitely 3 against 1. Christine held her ground, and spoke from her heart!

She did great! November!

And you got rid of Castle. WooHoo. I'm still smiling :)

We started watching this debate on CNN until they broke in with "breaking news" from Chile. (We immediately switched to C-SPAN)

I literally screamed in horror when I saw Eliot Spitzer staring directly at the camera! First time I've seen him on TV since his Client Number Nine days. Ewwwwwww...

It is appalling to me that CNN hired this despicable cretin and features him so prominently during prime time.

Leaving aside the unpleasantness of his views for the moment, Coons came across much better in his responses than O'Donnell did. That's just true.

That isn't true at all, that is just your liberalism affecting what you hear, Coons came off second.

Hey can you blame a state for making Biden everyone else’s problem. Its my belief that the reason DE went for Obama in 08 was to get rid of Biden. Selfish? Yes. Smart? Yes. :)

I will not dispute that in the city’s of Sodom and Gomorrah there are a few good souls.

Enough to control the State Republican party in times of greatest strength but apparently not enough to control the State.

Don’t get me wrong its fine sharing a union of limited powers with an abusive partner just as long as the powers are limited enough as to preclude any serous abuse by that partner.

"but I question whether there is a deep philosophical understanding of her positions."

what?....like Coons?...like Krachhammer?....like Rover?.....

COD is running against ONE person...that is COONS.....

now....even with her obvious faults as you see them, who would be better for Delaware and the USA....just ask yourself that?....and if you answer correctly, and if Delaware agrees, COD is the next Senator from Delaware...

Her discussion of recent supreme court decisions was downright embarrassing.

ROFLOLOLOL.

What disagreements would conservative Christine have with RECENT SCOTUS RULINGS WITH THE ROBERTS SCOTUS?

No need to reply.

what part of PARTY IN POWER don’t you understand. I’d rather have the majority with a RINO republican in the seat than be in the minority with a Liberal dem in the seat. I am constantly amazed at this twisted logic.

Interesting topic. But off the cuff, I’d have to say you are wrong. I think that women are more intimidated by attractive women than men are by attractive men to the point that women would vote against an attractive woman more so than men would vote against an attractive man. See it goes back to evolution. A woman sees another woman and wonders if she could steal away her man. But a man sees an attractive man and thinks, “so what”? I can still beat the crap out of him if he tries to take my woman. We men are not wired for voting based on looks. You women are. Its the whole Venus Mars thing. My mother insists that JFK got the woman vote(which he carried heavily) based on looks. Who did men vote heavily for? Nixon!

Try to convince the GOP establishment of the importance of supporting the nominee, they are the ones ignoring that rule.

OOPs, you were doing great until that point, men support Rick Perry, and they voted for JFK, women voted for Richard Nixon.

Shoot, when will I stop using my mom for political refs? I did get her to vote O’Donnell in the primary though. In the most liberal district in DE I turned her away from Castle. She told me she passed Castle walking home hand in hand with Mrs Castle coming back from the polling place. They live in the same neigborhood.
