Caddell is a reminder that once upon a time Democrats had integrity and loved this country.

My favorite part:

“These are the people we never let in the room when we had serious business to do. Now they’re running the country.”

The Koch brothers also donated money to NORML and the ACLU. It is ridiculous to suggest that they are a shadowy arm of the Republican party.

“Obama declined public funding of his presidential campaign in 2008.”

... After promising publicly that he would accept only public funding.

Obama declined public funding of his presidential campaign in 2008

IIRC, he originally pledged to use ONLY public financing in his campaign. Then he totally reneged on that pledge rather abruptly. And also, isn't he the one that shut down the mechanism on his donation website that would allow for donors giving by credit card to be identified? Yeah, Jerk the Wonder Prez has LOTS of room to talk. Good for Caddell, though. Nice to see someone in that pack of jackals has integrity.

Does anyone know whether Pat has ever written anything about his friendship with Hunter Thompson?

I love seeing Democrats cannibalize each other.

The last part is the best:

“These are naive idiots who’ve come out of academia and have never done anything real in their lives, and they are actually in power,” he said. “These are the people we never let in the room when we had serious business to do. Now they’re running the country.”

Caddell also took a swing at Obama’s inner circle.

“These are naive idiots who’ve come out of academia and have never done anything real in their lives, and they are actually in power,” he said. “These are the people we never let in the room when we had serious business to do. Now they’re running the country.”

The biggest idiot of them all is Barack Hussein Obama mmm MMM mmm. Way over his head, inexperienced, and the least qualified man in the room.

... reek of McCarthyism.

Seems to me that, since the release of all those Soviet documents, "McCarthyism" is no longer the pejorative it once was.

McCarthyism?

Er, uh, er, let me be clear. As a matter of fact I don't have any shame.

Now we have a pattern of liberal journol-lists using the same talking point about Obammy - McCarthyism.
