Hell Seriously Breaks Loose With Bill O'Reilly On The View (Whoopi, Joy Behar Walk Off The Set)

Hell Seriously Breaks Loose With Bill O'Reilly On
The View (Whoopi, Joy Behar Walk Off The Set)

Today Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar stormed off the set after getting in a heated argument with guest Bill O'Reilly, who said, "Muslims killed us on 9/11." Before she left, Whoopi screamed, "That is such bu*l*hit!"

The tension began the moment O'Reilly walked on and didn't great the panel with the customary handshakes hugs, and instead, fist-bumped them. Joy asked him, "Do you have OCD or germ-phobia?" Shortly thereafter, he needled Whoopi about her standoffish body language, and then intimated—with some incredibly creepy body language of his own—that he wanted to "kill" Joy.

But the shit really hit the fan when O'Reilly insisted that President Obama's popularity has waned due to his position on the proposed mosque at Ground Zero, saying that the majority of Americans don't feel that its construction at that location is appropriate because "Muslims killed us on 9/11."

After the two women left, Barbara Walters denounced their actions, saying that they should be able to have a calm discussion about these issues without leaving, but then she went on to give O'Reilly and earful, and demanded that he apologize to Muslims for lumping them in with extremists (which he did, begrudgingly). Not wanting to be left out of an important political debate, Elisabeth Hasselbeck weighed in, defending O'Reilly, saying that President Obama is actually to blame for the confusion about Muslims and extremists. Seriously.

What must be faced by everyone, regarding the View, is that its members are NOT selected because they are the brightest bulbs around, on ANY subject whatsoever, but, in fact, because the execs at ABC desire to give a megaphone to the particular political “views” they know they can expect from the likes of Whoopi and Ms. Behar. EVERYTHING else about the show IS window dressing, including the media gravitas of Barbara WaWa.

On and off the show, the duo that walked off have often demonstrated how dim witted they are by the frequency with which they readily descend into "potty mouth" language; a pure sign of little minds.

So Muslims didn’t kill U.S. citizens on 9/11? I guess I’ve been asleep.

I hope it was like that — O’R smiling that he got the best of them. The Offended seem to think they run the show.

" It sure as heck wasn’t the Amish."

Perhaps, but when Hollywood makes a movie about 911, Hollywood will replace Islamists with crazed Amish guys. They do it all the time, just like one of those Tom Clancy movies.

They walked off their own show!

That's a very astute observation I hadn't thought of, the glaring distinction of which makes their so-called outrageous "act of defiance" that much more cowardly, underwhelming.

I don’t watch The View but did watch this clip. Was the audience clapping because they were happy they walked off the set and clapping for O’Reilly OR were they clapping because they support them walking off the set and agree with them? Ya never know about those audiences!

That's weird that they walked off the set of their own show because a guest offended them.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? If someone insults you in your own home do you get up and walk out of your house, or do you kick them out?

Behar's Jersey tough girl routine is all fake after all.

Why does BOR appear on these shows? Is he hocking another book or something? It shows bad judgment on his part.

Actually he is. It’s called “Pinheads and Patriots.”

I’ve noticed he tends to name his books after aspects of his show.

What, pray tell, is the ideological difference between "Muslims" and "extremists"?

If Islam is correct than the terrorists are right. That's all there is to it. So the least politicians can say is that Islam is a pile of crap.

Timothy McVeigh was not a committed Christian, in fact he is quoted as saying "Science is my religion".

He was an atheist. He is quoted: I am the master of my fate: I am the Captain of my soul.
