Yes, believe me, we have been searching the Japanese press today for (pure) Japanese press reporting on any aspect of M.O. breaking Illinois state election laws by talking to another voter and essentially campaigning/electioneering within the confines of a voting booth area--an illegality as far as I can see from Illinois state election law.
