I believe the Gummint will eventually require Onstar devices on all vehicles, so that they can dictate how many days/week I can drive my Gas-Guzzling, CO2 emitting, Global warming causing, evil and immoral SUV. Benefits to the Police state will come as a happy side benefit.
So a private citizen can put one of these on some politicians car, and it is legal? If not, why not?
