Republican Senate nominee Christine ODonnell of Delaware is calling out the Republican establishment in Washington for not helping her underdog campaign.
In an interview on ABCs This Week that aired Sunday, the tea party favorite said she has asked the National Republican Senatorial Committee for help but that the group is standing on the sidelines even though her Democratic rival, Chris Coons, is getting a boost from his party.
A spokesman for the Republican committee, Brian Walsh, has noted that the group gave ODonnell the maximum direct contribution of $42,000 and is working with her campaign.
The committee is not spending heavily on ads as it is in closer races elsewhere. Polls show Coons with a strong lead.

I have a question for the GOP:
How is giving to the GOP and letting them decide how to spend the money any different than the government taking my money and deciding how to spend it? Other than one being voluntary and the other forced.
The RNC did the same thing to Kathrine Harris
when she ran for the senate against Bill Nelson
in Florida. They never paid her back for any of
the crap she went through for the 2000 BS
That is why I support the candidate not the freakin’ party.
FROM MOVIE PATTON:
“Reporter: Sir, did you say if you found your army between the Germans and the Russians, you’d attack in both directions?
Patton: No, I never said that. I never said any such thing... but I wish I had.”
COD should attack both ways-Dems and Pub establishment (Uniparty) - and seek support of the angry middle.
Not only standing there, but delivering pathetic excuses for it and cheering the other team. I don't know what sort of deals had been in the works before the primary, but they must have been considerable for the GOP powers-that-be to do what they have done to Christine O'Donnell. Karl Rove is frequently wrong, but he isn't an idiot, and his immediate, detailed, AFTER THE FACT broadside was designed to scorch earth.
Others have said it better than I can, but if the shiny-trousered RINO losers had fought 'Rats like they beat up on anyone who dares to run to the right of McCain or Romney, maybe I'd still be in the party.
Mr. niteowl77
I haven’t donated a cent to the RNC for over a decade. Rather, I’ve donated directly to the candidates that I considered true conservatives.
Thanks to the Tea Party, the Republicrat Party may undergo a transformation that will be pleasing to many of us here.
Send to individual PACS and never to the GOP.
Would that be useless hoes?
Bingo!

Nelson !now there is a piece of Garbage.
Nappy headed in the case of the pic.
Not quite, they're the lesser of the two evils. ; ) (Badda bing)
It’s not that they don’t think she could win.
It’s that they really don’t want her to win.
They are offended that she had the temerity to challenge their control by running against one of their good old boy RINOs and knocking him out of the game all on her own.
They don’t want upstarts like her who want to change the system - they love the system. They just want to get back in the drivers seat so thay can get a bigger share of the power and loot.
I know. Poison and Poison Lite.
Good. That means that if and when she wins, she owes them nothing.
I believe Rove has given her the max allowed
This year I donated 50 bucks to 5 different candidates. Online. Not through the RINONC.
Anyone who donates to the NRSC or NRCC is a fool.
And I don’t help them when they ask for money.
Is that one of Imus’ hoes?
