Scott Murphy won this seat in a 2009 special election to replace the Senate-bound Kirsten Gillibrand. This year the GOP's Chris Gibson, a retired Army Colonel, will try to put the seat back in Republican hands. Gibson, who holds a PhD from Cornell University, will focus his campaign on jobs, the economy, and the ballooning federal deficit.

Do you feature CT-01 by any chance? The loathsome John Larson vs Tea Party favorite Republican Ann Brickley?
We are working very hard, in the district, to get our guy elected. Flip flop Murphy does not have the volunteer base, enthusism, or energy that we have. But money would really help. Thanks for all you work on this!
Colonel Chris Gibson is the real deal.
