ROSEVILLE (CBS13) -- Hours after police officers arrested a suspect who allegedly set a fire and barricaded himself inside the Roseville Galleria Mall, flames are once again leaping from the roof of the shopping center.
Link has video. Looks like some punk kid. Store probably didn’t give him a refund, didn’t have the lastest game he wanted, “disrespected” him, or some crap like that.
Obviously someone who was BULLIED at school, it wasn’t his fault.

The guy set several fires and made other threats. The description sounds like meth head or gang member.
From the sound of it, the cops kept the firemen out of the burning building because of the guy’s backpack, which allowed the fire to grow out of control.
Fires have to be stopped when they are small or they will have to burn out. This will destroy any part of the mall that doesn’t have a full firebreak between it and the fire.
No injuries? Then why are they sore?

Let’s just say (a very safe bet by the way) that the perp was disgruntled by the fact that he/she couldn’t buy what he/she wanted in the mall using his/her EBT/WICs/AFDC/Food Stamp cards??????
