Ideology or budget? Sounds like Planned Parenthood to me. I'm not sure that the vestigial lefties have an ideology anymore; their voting seems a mere reflex of a brain-dead organism. God only knows what's going through the mind of a young Democratic voter these days. Maybe that's why they're staying home this election.
