But Obama’s right to privacy outweighs national security.

...retired Superior Court Judge Winston Burbank ruled that the public's right to know about candidates outweighed Miller's right to privacy.

Maybe this "retired" judge could force Barry to give up his birth certificate. I won't hold my breath. This kind of commie crap only applies to conservatives and Republicans.

The case was brought by a group of Alaska news media organizations, who have been trying since summer to see borough documents concerning Miller's employment as a part-time borough attorney.

The same folks who have ZERO INTEREST in Obama's past? Hey, if it is important for a Senator, then it is critical for POTUS. Too bad that is a state and not a Federal judge/

In an unusual Saturday hearing, retired Superior Court Judge Winston Burbank ruled that the public's right to know about Republican candidates outweighed Miller's right to privacy.

Fixed it.

So glad this group was on top of zeros records too. Oh, they weren’t? I am shocked! Sounds like this is the judge to bring the open records lawsuit to see zeros records then.

Among the arguments for release was that the state Supreme Court, in earlier cases, has ruled that Republican candidates for office expose their private lives to public scrutiny.

Fixed it again.

Sooooo, the Alaska lawsuit machine is now directed at Miller.

I wish someone would hit these morons with a huge frivolous lawsuit!

A potential linkage between Winston Burbank and Lisa Murkowski should be pursued ASAP.

Maybe they should bring a case asking for obamas info in Alaska. I mean since this ruling establishes a precedent or something like that.

I hope the GOPer goobers are paying attention and taking notes. This is how you “win” elections. Accuse your opponent of something. Anything! By the time it’s cleared up, the election is over and you are the “winner”. This is how the commie ‘RATS finally got Ted Stevens.
