Maybe he wanted to let him destroy himself. Why try to help an Obamakazi in their final plunge.

Good thing the race isn’t in my state. Anyone who is too cowardly to appear in a debate will never get my vote, no matter who it is.

Why do candidates have to go on these snorefests. Nobody watches them but the cocktail circuit people. Wallace is a lefty hack who trashes the right every time he has a chance. No loss here.

Raese is running a very effective local race vs. Manchin showing him to be a “rubber stamp” for Barack Obama/Harry Reed...it’s working
Manchin needs national exposure and a liberal sympathetic like Wallace to get back in it....that’s why.

he was tipped off that Dem Chrissie was going to spring a Oct suprise question.

Yeah, Raese has more brains than Manchin. There’s your explanation.

Chris Wallace and his inconsistent condescending questioning? Wallace’s elitist tenancies often exceed his ability to be truly fair. This is Raese’s race to loose and to give a cornered rat a chance to bite you is not rational.

Chris Wallace did fine as far as his questioning of Manchin was concerned.
Wallace did not let Manchin fillibuster and brought out Manchin’s previous contrary positions on health care and cap ‘n trade.
The interview did not help Manchin.

Nice empty ranting headline you made.
Meaningless.

Manchin didn’t help himself in any way! And I don’t doubt polls will show Manchin up, they already do, even though it’s a lie.

John Raese probably thought his time would be better used campaigning in the state he is running in rather than going on national TV where people from 49 other states would be watching. No votes to be gotten there...I think he did the right thing. There was nothing to be gained by going on Fox.

Because Raese is winning and that's how it goes. You don't debate when you are winning.
