DNC Requests Records Related to Palin, Romney, Seven Other Possible 2012 Contenders.
The Democratic National Committee formally has asked the Pentagon for reams of correspondence between military agencies and nine potential Republican presidential candidates, a clear indication that Democrats are building opposition-research files on specific 2012 contenders even before the midterm elections.
An internal Army e-mail obtained by ABC News indicates that the DNC has filed Freedom of Information Act requests for "any and all records of communication" between Army departments and agencies and each of the nine Republicans -- all of whom are widely mentioned as possible challengers to President Obama.
The agencies are asked to respond to the request by this Friday, just four days before Election Day...

Surprise - ABC breaks the story. The DNC can do this? Can’t wait for the RNC or Tea Party Express response.
Two things.
If dems do it, everybody does.
If the Republicans don’t do it, then shout it from the roof tops. Make it the central issue of the 2012 elections and expose it for the election fixing it is.
Maybe they figure he won’t be running because of his age.

With that information in hand they sent a records specialist to the site and MISFILED ALMOST ALL OF "W"'s records. That's where the "he went AWOL" stuff came from.
We finally found out that it was Sandy Burger when all of those records miraculously showed up the same week he got a plea bargain that didn't send him to prison for stealing highly classified materials from the National Archives.
So, they're up to it again. This needs to be watched! BTW, the first records they look for on Sarah concern her relationship with the National Guard, and her son who was in the military. Democrats use kids these days. Guess we should get ready for that too.
One purpose of the Freedom of Information Act was to let people find out what sort of information the government is collecting on citizens, politicians or otherwise.
The fact that scumbags like the DNC can file these FOIA requests doesn't make the requests illegal or innappropriate.
It's the gathering of information outside the legal process that is much more disturbing - like Hillary's collection of the FBI files. I'm sure that crap is also going on now, and some exposure of those illicit investigations would be alot more revealing than this relatively benign crap. It's so benign it might even be a smoke screen to give cover to the stuff they're finding illegally.
His making enemies list is growing far faster.
Why would they have too? McCain's already proved in 2008 that he only fights the Right and takes a dive for the Left.
