Look, I don’t mean to pick nits on an issue which is collateral to the subject of the thread, but as the young man’s employer, Notre Dame is not exposed to lawsuits resulting from his workplace death. You can wish it were otherwise, but workers comp, in one form or antoher, is the law in all 50 states.
