Obama will speak about today's terror threats. Besides speaking about Christine O'Donnell closing the gap with Chris Coons, Obama is also expected to talk about the packages from Yemen via UPS planes scare (and probably the plane getting a fighter escort to NYC now.)

Here he is at 4:23 p.m. Not very late. All four broadcast networks carrying live. Obama says “credible threat.” Two packages found, one in Dubai, one in UK, both tested positive for explosives. Plot targeted Jewish center and synagogue in Chicago. Packages originated in Yemen.
