Raleigh, N.C. — A 39-year-old Raleigh woman faces charges that she twice exposed herself at major intersections over 10 days.
An arrest warrant issued Friday states that Lynette Marie Layton, whose address was unknown, stood naked in front a man and passing traffic at Glenwood Avenue and Lead Mine Road.
Raleigh police arrest records show that Layton was also charged with indecent exposure in an incident at Wake Forest and Six Forks roads on Oct. 19.
Layton was charged with indecent exposure in the Friday incident and placed in the Wake County jail under a $500 secured bond.

When she was 20 years old she could have been very not guilty. Being a pretty young woman is a lot like starting out with several million dollars and going completely broke over 20 years. A smart man has it better, starting out completely broke and retiring with several million dollars.
She looks more like 59.
But seriously, this is no laughing matter. After my divorce I moved to a condo unit with 4 condos on my floor. Across the hall is an 19 year old beautiful redheaded blue-eyed coed on a gymnastics scholarship.
It started out with hello now and then until her garbage disposal jammed. As I was leaving to get groceries, she peaked out of her door and asked if I could help her with it. I said sure, it is just an allen wrench adjustment, no problem. That’s when I found out that she is also a nudist.(and that she is a natural redhead)
She led me to the kitchen and I worked on the disposal while she did her daily stretching and yoga stuff.
I got it working and had her check it. My goodness, she was so grateful it was unbelievable. She kept begging me if there was anything, anything, she could do to thank me. I said, don’t worry about it and got out of there as fast as I could.
Now, I can’t get rid of her. She is always asking me to come over for dinner or for coffee. Well, I just ate and it is too late for coffee at this hour. I don’t know.
Just last night around 11pm she tapped on my door holding a bottle of wine. I kept telling her that her robe was open but she just didn’t seem to care. I could see into her apartment and it kind of creeped me out. Nothing but dim light and candles.
The big complaint this time...? She said she was cold.
I asked if her heater was broken and she looked confused and said it was fine. So now I’m the one who is confused!
Finally I told her that if she would wear some clothing once in a while that would take care of it.
Jeez, I can’t figure out what is going on with this girl. What does she want from me!?

I was trying to figure out who she looked like...Yep...Mel.
He, and probably she, was quite attractive when younger. Those eyes were probably striking at one time. Same with Mel....incredible eyes.
Now...both look kind of scary. Sad. This woman is clearly having problems. Hope she gets help. As for Mel...he can get the best help in the world...hope he does.

the leftist community care model means no protection for the mentally ill and no protection from the mentally ill. Poor souls were better off at town poor farms.
