Palin, who is a Fox News contributor, said she "can't wait" to show the tape, which she says was recorded at a recent rally that she addressed in Alaska. The tape was posted Saturday night on Big Journalism.

Big Journalism tape.

Looks like this story may get some legs.

Fox News had Carl Cameron reporting on the story. He played the voicemail audiotape and the scroller showed a written transcript. What a despicable bunch of bastards at CBS! Sarah definitely used the right descriptor for them.

Although this story needs to be repeated, and her comment may make the news, there was another statement from her in the Wallace interview which is likely to stand for a long time. When asked about compromise, she answered:

“No, they should not compromise on principle. Absolutely not,” Palin said on “Fox News Sunday.”

This may well be the most significant statement any individual in the political arena has uttered in recent times! The key word here is "principle."

For too long, most political discourse has centered on "issues," not "principles." "Issues" come and go, but "principles" are enduring and should not be compromised for political expediency. One may "compromise" on issues, but not on a principle essential to liberty.

America became a beacon of liberty in the world because that unique and special group of individuals we call the "Founders" were not focused on "issues" of the day. Instead, they were focused on and passionate about one goal for themselves and their posterity in this new land: individual liberty--how to achieve it, and how to preserve it.

They shared a common belief that the rights of individuals come from a Creator, not as grants from other human beings.

They had studied the history of civilization. They understood human nature and the tendency to abuse power, once it is acquired, and they sought to prevent such abuses of power in their own form of self-government by relying on enduring principles.

Their debates were on principles, not some issue de jour.

As a result, America became a great place of opportunity for oppressed individuals and families from all over the world.

A study of their principles, of their built-in protections for liberty in the Constitution which resulted from their efforts, might enable this generation of statesmen (if any can be called that) to rebuild our foundations, to relight the flame of liberty in the hearts and minds of the "People," and to assure that future generations will not live in tyranny.

Thomas Jefferson, in his First Inaugural outlined the principles guiding his Administration and concluded:

"These principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation. The wisdom of our sages and the blood of our heroes have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith, the text of civic instruction, the touchstone by which to try the services of those we trust; and should we wander from them in moments of error or of alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty, and safety."

In recent times, not enough emphasis has been placed on how this or that question about an issue relates to a principle essential to our very liberty as a nation.

We must return to the "road" described by Jefferson if liberty is to survive the assaults by both major Parties over the past 100 years.

was just forwarded this by our local TEA Party, and it contains information that should be passed on. We can guarantee that the Democrats are going to continue to commit vote fraud in this election.

The blatant stuff, armed thugs standing in the way, probably are going to have to be dealt with without lawyers. Because we know from sad experience that these thugs are under the personal protection of the Obama Regime.

But for more technical forms of fraud that we see, we need our own lawyers. Now, I do not have a great deal of faith in the testicular fortitude of the Institutional Republican Party. But if there is no other legal recourse immediately at hand, this is one route.

FYI:

From: Judy

I am passing this along to you from the Patriotic Resistnet:

The Republican Party has set up a Hotline for election day, 1-888-775-8117, which will be staffed by attorneys, to handle polling issues and possible voter fraud or intimidation. If folks even guess that it might be taking place, they should call for free advice.

Please share this with EVERYONE!!
This is VITAL!! Twitter, Facebook, copy and paste in an email to all your friends!!
Thanks -
In Liberty…

The most I ever used to hear about the political culture in Alaska was in reports on the egregious amounts of pork Ted Stephens and Don Young were able to bring home. But after the Palin being hounded out of office and now the shameless undermining of Joe Miller’s campaign by Murkowski, the media and the GOP itself, Alaska is really gaining a reputation as one of the national leaders in political corruption and machine politics.

‘Let’s find a child molester in the crowd that supports Miller,’”

And exactly how does one go about doing that? Did they have some ‘bait’?

SeeBS is a communist organization. Look at their count of the Kommie Klownfest yesterday. SeeBS says that there were 3 times the number of people there yesterday than attended Beck's Restore Honor rally. This is what happens when recreational drugs are involved in these things. The commie maggots down at SeeBS thinks all Americans are "child molesters".

If someone offered you 5 million bucks to find a "child molester" and gave you only an hour to do it, where would you go to find one? A Joe Miller rally or yesterday's Colbert/Stewart Kommie Klownfest?

Here in Calif, Jerry Brown was caught on tape calling Meg Whitman a “whore”

The MSM predictably gave him a free pass and he is ahead in the polls.

If the MSM refuses to cover it, most voters won’t know about it.

Lying by omission is part of what they do.

The discussion was about almost any public meeting in Alaska ~ there will be a registered sex offender there ~ all they would need to do is find who it was.

I think they have a very high level of rape in Alaska (compared to almost anywhere else outside of Africa or South America) ~ so this may have been on their minds.

There is no way this was just a planning session for news to over - it sounds like a planning session to create news. There's no "out of context" possibilities in this.

Yes it is Jim!

Yesterday, I went to a “Sign Wave” for Joe Miller here in Fairbanks. It’s the first time I have ever done anything like that. It was very encouraging to see so many out there who were expressing support for him!

We were on all four corners of a very busy intersection, which just happens to be right in front of lisa’s local office.

Right before we went home for the day, we all gathered in front of her office for a group photo. What a hoot!

Tuesday will tell. . .
