I hadn’t heard anything about that. What’s that all about?

We are participating in an historical event, America’s future will be determined by the outcome today...I’ve always wondered how John Adams and the Founding Fathers felt, taking the risks they took to fight for this country’s beginning—and the revolution that followed...we are participating in the Second American Revolution. *awed*

The same thing was going on in my precinct this morning in VA. This is a very good sign.

Since you weren’t on the ballot, I thought to myself, how would Lazamataz vote and voted for that person. ;-)

"No word on how this bin will be separated from those full of already-counted ballots"

Similar to the "Frankenmethod", where trunkloads of ballots are "found" after the count shows the Democrat is losing the election.

Every vote cast without showing a PICTURE ID should be challenged. I’ve ALWAYS had to show my ID to vote in SE Michigan, and I’m thankful for it.

I’m a MN District 6 guy also — Voting seemed light at my polling station, I was #207 about 2.5 hrs after it opened. GOP all the way (but more importantly, conservative GOP’ers).

Minnesota's voting system utilizes pieces of paper where the voter completes an arrow next to the name of their selected candidates with a black marker. The paper is fed through a scanner.

In VA, we have the choice of that system or touch-screen. In the precinct where I vote, we've never had that kind of problem. The fact that suddenly... BEFORE the first vote is cast.... the scanner in MN went down. There needs to be a watcher on site to ensure no funny sh*t happens with those ballots.

[I know, shouldn’t feed the ducks.]

Why not? Do the people around there have something against ducks?

I was #269 at our polling place here in south Jersey. Seems like pretty heavy turn-out. No senate seat in play. Only our house race and local committee.

Hoping Rob Andrews gets to throw a retirement party tonight.

Voted for Cantor here in Midlothian (suburban Richmond, VA) at 9:30. No huge crowd, but parking lot was full and steady foot traffic. They cross-referenced my voter registration card and asked me to repeat my address...was voter number 570 in this conservative precinct. A few weeks ago I sent Morgan Griffith, running against Boucher, a check for $35...figured he needed it more than Cantor.

Same here in North Central Ohio.

I always try to go in about an hour after polls open and am usually 15 - 25th in my predominantly Republican precinct. This morning, I was 87th. Must have been a line waiting at 6:30 when they opened.

There was a Tea Party guy about 150’ from the door handing out a Tea Party candidate endorsement cards. Most of the people took one and were nice to him. I should have offered to go get him a cup of coffee, since his list was the same as mine.

Didn’t hear it...my radar didn’t kick in until I heard Delaware. I know it wasn’t Wilmington...that would have caught my attention before the state...

Why is it that libs just instinctively want to shut down any opposing free speech?

Because they know that they have not/will not win the argument. Therefore, the next best thing is to shut down the argument.
