MINNEAPOLIS -- The Republican Party of Minnesota says it has received multiple complaints about failing tabulation machines at polling places around the state.

A statement issued Tuesday says there are complaints about machines in Duluth, Olmsted County, Lakeville, Faribault, Mendota Heights and Eagan.

The party calls the situation "completely unacceptable" and blames Secretary of State Mark Ritchie for failing to prepare for the election.

Not to worry SEIU and Acorn have boxes of ballots all marked for Democrats that will just be “found” just like when Franken stole the election.

I posted this on another thread. My thought is that beginning to count votes, before the polls close is like letting folks bet at a craps table after the dice have been rolled. It gives those looking to steal an election a better idea of how many votes they need to fabricate to win. With that in mind, I proposed the following changes to help combat the constant voter fraud that is "found votes".

1. No counting of votes, or even opening of sealed ballot boxes until 24 hours after the polls close.

2. Once vote counting begins, no additional votes are allowed into the count until an investigation is done as to why the votes were not turned in on time.

3. The “Found” ballot box remains sealed until the “chain of evidence” is established. If an honest mistake was made the person in charge of delivering the ballot box is barred from ever working in any part of the elections process. If criminal intent is discovered, the person in charge of delivering the ballot box is barred from ever working in any part of the elections process, and spends 10 years in the federal prison system.

4. In either case, all “found” votes are investigated for validity and legality, and only those votes that are valid and legal will be allowed to count towards the vote tally.

Does this mean that all those votes get thrown out if the voting machines are wonky?

do they have to have another election day?

I am glad the Repubs are on this one, at least.

No, we have paper ballots that you fill in the dot for. If the ballot is not scanned it can be scanned once the machine is working. Many heavy dem areas have no republican judges though. So theres nothing to stop them from forgetting to scan ballots with republican votes. Most of the areas listed tend to be dem strong holds.

It’s official. After electing Mr. Conspiracy, Jesse Ventura for Governor and allowing Al Franken to steal his Senate seat and then this, it looks like MINNESOTA IS NOW A BANANA REPUBLIC.

Sad to admit you are making real sense. I recall Ross Perot and his anti NAFTA . Now, we have lost jobs forever. This has to stop. I want made in the USA on labels again.

Yes blatant voter fraud is “completely unacceptable” but the GOP will do nothing about it.
