On Drudge it say the polls may stay open to 10 pm due to running out of ballots what gives?

Lesson of the election: we need more sharp conservatives such as Rubio and fewer wrestling CEO’s and witches.

If ever a night when the projections (based upon exit polling) could be wrong....this is it.

You nailed it. Even after she creamed him during the debate.

Blumenthal is typical Democrat scum

Fox called it with 0% of the vote in. Why did they even bother to wait until today to call it?

The state has a taste for that brand of scum, obviously.

Well, it’ll be a shame if Blumenthal does indeed carry the seat. But given the overwhelming lead he had going into the race (+30 on a generic ballot in the beginning), I think McMahon ran one heck of a campaign to do as well as she has done. If she loses tonight, I hope she runs again in 2012 against Lieberman.

Ditto...this is insane. Don’t they remember Florida in 2000? They called the races early there, with 10+% of the vote outstanding.

Now they’re calling CT and DE with 0% of the vote back...whoa, whoa, whoa!!!

Sorry, I’m old fashioned, I want to see numbers.

According to the Hartford Courant Bridgeport only ordered 21,000 ballots and there are 63,000 registered voters. It’s not the voters fault.

Its difficult to anticipate the number of ballots they will need in a heavily democrat precinct because they never know how many virtual voters and dead people will show up.

Funniest thing is that I know someone who’s a poll watcher in Bridgeport.

Late night couldn’t happen to a nicer guy!

Right that is why they are supposed to wait until the polls close at least. Someone said Frank Luntz called the race for Reid in Nevada those polls are still open as a matter of fact they close at 8pm it is 5:30 pm there. Here in Calif it is 5:30 as well so 2 1/2 more hours till polls close here.
