Recently heard on radio in Los Angeles - the city council rejected a move to install more cameras - because... the ones they already operate cost more to maintain than the revenue they generate.

Shoulda told the voters that the cameras were direct broadcast to UniVision and TeleMundo.

That way the offenders could be seen by all their relatives back en Ol Mehico!
