88% reporting, Buck down 7000 votes.
Looks like Hinsdale and Chafee counties aren't counted? Could use CO Freeper update.....
Tancredo losing by double-digits now. Looks like CO is officially blue for good.
Ken Buck was said to be the only GOP candidate who could lose this race, which would have been a GOP blowout with Norton on the ticket. Looks like that prediction was prophetic.
Maybe he'll blame those stupid Tea Partiers and Sarah Palin and those retarded Birthers........again........
Unreal how back some of these candidates have proven to be, like Ken Buck.

Hey, ((hugs)) beaversmom. I’m a mom too, and all is not lost for our kids. I know how you feel when the horror that is Al Franken stole the election in MN.
Our gov office in MN is going to recount. If Dayton cheats his way in, I may be a glass half empty too. I just console myself with the thought that we now control the funds.
Even if it was Buck up by 5000 they would have Al Frankened Buck. It’s all fixed.
Same thing about Scott Brown from Ma.
guys and gals shit all over Scott Brown about being a RINO.Well? Would you rather have Scott Brown or Coons or Reid or Murkowski or Bennent or Murray.
The voting results in CO, NV, and CA do not reflect the last polling results. Tancredo was closing the gap. Buck was slightly up. Angle was a few points ahead of Reid. Fiorina and Whitman were close to within the MOE. This morning, Tancredo is down by 13. Buck is trailing Bennett. Angle is 5 down to Reid. Whitman trails by 14 and Fiorina by 10. What can explain this inconsistency?
All three of these states are the western states where illegal immigration goes most unchecked. I recall reading after the 2008 election that as many as 100,000 illegals might have voted in the CO election. Could the illegals voting, yet not responding to pollsters, explain the discrepancy between the polls and the actual votes? I believe the last polling for Obama in 2008 showed him up by 5; however, he won by 9.
I can’t celebrate the national gains made by conservatives knowing what my state will look like after four years of Hickenlooper.
If you are in Colorado, California, or Alaska... please keep the stupid in your state.
Really—thanks for those virtual hugs. I’m truly happy for your state and I hope the results will stand. What race was Dayton in?
Buck's republican challenger was labeled as a RINO here and on RedState, but she was a conservative. So, in reality, RINO stands for someone one doesn't want to win.
Every Senate GOPer in a close race underperformed the polls.
Unless CO Freepers can explain to me how Buck can still win, we’ve lost another close one.
I’ll try to find the link later, but someone said that Colorado is a state that Soros has been working on. They provided a link. I’ll try to remember to look for it.
2-1
Don’t get me wrong — it was good to abandon Maes. But it showed that the tea party didn’t really do a good job of vetting candidates before they pushed them to primary victories.
If Tancredo had been in the Republican primary, he might well have won the primary, and been the republican nominee.
Then all the money spent by Maes and Tancredo would have been targeted at getting republicans out to vote; that might have helped Buck to a victory.
As it was, it made it hard to vote a straight-party ticket, which I’m sure hurt Buck. And with Maes getting 11%, it made it impossible for Tancredo to win (although in the end Hickenlooper got over 50%, so maybe it didn’t matter).
Check that: Perlmutter by 10%
Sorry. This is a big country and it bugged me to death last night when people assumed others knew the party affiliation when talking about races. Now I just did the same thing. (face palm)
I’m talking about the MN governor’s race. Mark Dayton is our former Dem senator that hid under his desk after 9/11. The guy is a certified nut.
Things are very wonky about the results. Returns had Dayton ahead of Tom Emmer (R) by 7-9 points most of the night. Around midnight, it was revealed that Hennepin County (deep blue Minneapolis) was submitting their returns TWICE. Tell me that’s not really suspicious, especially when the state legislature turned red.
Call me jaded, but I’m actually getting used to this vote fraud living in Minnesota. It just serves to make me want to fight them harder in the next round. :)
“The Colorado Model” - socialist revolution, Chavez style
Buck had good funding from American Crossroads (Karl Rove’s group) to the tune of $5.1 million. I was getting calls and mailings from them daily in their GOTV effort, but it wasn’t enough. Not sure any more ads would have helped. We really need more of a ground game.
Forgot to mention, Dayton (D) is ahead of Emmer (R) by 0.43%. It’s going to an automatic recount.
Put down the crack pipe.
Only info I see...is they are within less than 50 votes...
