Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Wednesday that he believes Sarah Palin will run for president in 2012.

"My guess is yes – she's going to run for president," Giuliani told CNN's Wolf Blitzer. "She sounds to me like somebody who's running for president."

The former presidential candidate the GOP should "put off the [2012 presidential] election" and "try to accomplish a few things first," citing a potential compromise on the extension of tax cuts set to expire at the end of the year.

Sara Palin is the most exciting thing to happen in US politics since Ronald Reagan. Next to her, the rest of potential GOP candidates are lilliputian.

Fear not. The myth of Obama has been shattered. No one believes his flapdoodle anymore. He will be beatable in ‘12. But it will be close. And hard. The combination of leftists + gubmint parasites - which won the day out here in CA - will make the incumbent very difficult to dislodge.

true, but her negatives are to high with too many voters to allow her to win the presidency. too early to be handicapping but i’m thinking pence / rubio is a stronger ticket.

My understanding is that Pence is running for Governor.

Rubio just became a Senator in waiting.

I don’t think the next nominee has emerged yet.

It will be interesting to watch the establishment vs the Country Class.

I hope the Country Class wins.

That's possible. the only problem is that a vacuum will be filled by romney if we wait too long and that would only occur after a very destructive battle between palin supporters and his supporters. someone else needs to begin making a move.

My personal opinion...Romney won’t be able to fill any vacuum. Heck...he IS a vacuum!

Obama unwittingly killed Romney’s chances with Obamacare. Most people didn’t know about Romneycare until Obama upstaged him by going national with it.

I believe that we will see someone fresh and new on the Presidential front...someone we’ve not seen before in this arena.

BTW, I love Sarah, and voted for her in ‘08. I love what she’s doing now, and hope she won’t be sidetracked by any ole presidential election...just yet.

i agree with you on palin. i think she is by far and away the best on the issues across the board. the problem is too many people whose votes would be needed to win a national election view her unfavorably. romney has been building his support with the party elite since 2008. he may be a vacuum but there is a danger of him capturing the nomination if someone else doesn't start moving. look at how we got stuck with mccain.

Sarah is taking flak for her success in this election. Nightline trash tonight and Jay Leno has Megan Mc Pain on trashing her and the Tea Party as well.

Bristal Palin: “I would love to see my mom run,” Bristol told Access Hollywood Live’s Kit Hoover, at a Los Angeles rehearsal for “Dancing” on Friday.
