Jon Stewart is a hard core lefty who will stop at nothing to do damage America.

Just my opinion of course.

the question is:

Is this a popcorn show, or is it a puppet show?

You could tell in that clip that Stewart has tremendous respect for Wallace and really danced around what he wanted to say. Which was MSNBC was failing because they were trying to be the leftist equivalent to Fox when they should just try to report the news. He then went on to damn Fox with feint praise by saying they are very good at being a right wing mouthpiece. They are polished at it. However, there was this fear of coming right at Wallace in his approach. Wallace really held his own in that exchange and even the leftist audience did not turn against Wallace during the exchange.

Wallace alluded to an Election Night kerfuffle between Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., and “Hardball” host Chris Wallace.

Chris Wallace hosts Hardball?

I believe they meant Chris Matthews.

Jon Stewart is funny and has telegenic gifts. But he’s not as influential as he thinks he is.

Normally, I don’t watch much broadcast news on cable or otherwise, but I have done a lot because of the election.

MSNBC is a joke. It is the propaganda arm of the DNC and the White House. There is no doubt.

And even though I think Fox has a rightward bias, it really goes out of its way to get Democrats and liberals on the network.

Even Hannity and O’Reilly, whom the left despises as being enemies of the state, always have liberals on their shows.

Honestly, I watch more MSNBC than Fox, because MSNBC is on at the gym I go to.

The entire network is a farce.

Every talking head they have is a ridiculous buffoon.

CNN, forgetaboutit. In a way, CNN is more evil than MSNBC, because they have the liberal ideology under the pretense of being fair, but their talking heads are no less dogmatic in their liberalism than any of the fools at MSNBC.

I seriously hope CNN, MSNBC and the New York Times go bankrupt because of their left-wing corruption and lies.

Like most liberals, the editors, reporters and producers would rather adhere to their Marxism than do what is best for their companies and for the United States.

“Two media giants, MSNBC and John Stewart.” It made me very sad to read that.

There is a huge difference between Fox and MSNBC, and it’s not just left vs right.

My son came in on election night. We turned on MSNBC and he was shocked at how the hosts were very nasty and disrespectful towards republicans. There weren’t even any conservatives on their panel at all.

When we turned to Fox, not only were there liberals there, the fox people were not nasty or mean to them. There was a little good natured ribbing, but in general even Hannity saw how upset the libs were, and didn’t rub it in. My son mentioned how nice the fox hosts were compared to MSNBC.

I guess maybe the biggest inference to draw is that libs don’t demand civility in their discourse and news, while most conservatives do (excluding Savage).

Stewart had Chris Wallace on last night and dressed him down as an equivalent of MSNBC.

Wallace could have pointed out that MSNBC modelled itself after Stewart’s show without the humour.
