Clinton was reelected because the Republicans nominated one of the world's worst presidential candidates in Bob Dole.

Obozo has been a colossal failure. But if the Republicans nominate Dole part deux, he will be reelected.

One of my favorite Michael Savage quotes: “So, who can the Republicans can run in 2012? And if anyone mentions Mitt Romney, I’m going to break something. In fact, they’re so clueless they’d probably run John McCain again.”

Bob Dole was doing pretty well in the polls until a Democrat plant convinced him to do a campaign ad with an aerobics machine. Nobody liked the sight of his bony old legs. And no wonder voter turnout in 1996 was only 49%.

That would be Dole part troix. The Republicans nominated Dole part deux in 2008.

By my count, that would have to be Dole part three.

The Bob Dole for President campaign convinced me that I am not a republican, confirmed again and again with every election since, by the big spending progressive republican majorities and the 'compassionate conservatism' of Bush the younger.

Republicans need to stop using polls to justify their watered down principles and progressive voting records. I know I'm not the only politically homeless Independent Reagan Republican and I thank you TEA party for standing up and speaking out!
