NEW YORK (CBS) — After a suffering a “shellacking” in the midterm elections, President Obama acknowledges what many have seen as his chief weakness – failing to sell the importance of several legislative milestones to the American people.

“I think that’s a fair argument.

More evidence, in my opinion, that he is what he has always
been, A COMMITTED MARXIST.
This guy is only interested in his Leftist Agenda and nothing else.
Those “Idiots” on the Left and Right who think he will now move to the center to govern are very much mistaken. He Won't!
Somehow in his mind he expects the Republicans to work and come to his side in thinking. Now we have a number of RINO'S who might. But The House has to hold and Boehner and Company must not give in to compromise. They must set the tone of NO and take the Bull by the Horns and do what the people want. If not they will find themselves out and there will be a new political party to take their place.

American Voters: ‘Ello, I wish to register a complaint.
(Obama does not respond.)
American Voters: ‘Ello, Miss?
Obama: What do you mean “miss”?
American Voters: I’m sorry, I have a cold. I wish to make a complaint!
Obama: We’re closin’ for lunch.
American Voters: Never mind that, my lad. I wish to complain about this presidency what I purchased not two years ago from this very boutique.
Obama: Oh yes, the, uh, the Hope & Change...What’s,uh...What’s wrong with it?
American Voters: I’ll tell you what’s wrong with it, my lad. ‘E’s dead, that’s what’s wrong with it!
Obama: No, no, ‘e’s uh,...he’s resting.
American Voters: Look, matey, I know a dead presidency when I see one, and I’m looking at one right now.
Obama: No no he’s not dead, he’s, he’s restin’! Remarkable presidency, the Hope & Change, idn’it, ay? Beautiful plumage!
American Voters: The plumage don’t enter into it. It’s stone dead.
Obama: Nononono, no, no! ‘E’s resting!
American Voters: All right then, if he’s restin’, I’ll wake him up! (shouting at the cage) ‘Ello, Mister Polly Presidency! I’ve got a lovely fresh cuttle fish for you if you
show...
(Obama hits the cage)
Obama: There, he moved!
American Voters: No, he didn’t, that was you hitting the cage!
Obama: I never!!
American Voters: Yes, you did!
Obama: I never, never did anything...
American Voters: (yelling and hitting the cage repeatedly) ‘ELLO POLLY!!!!! Testing! Testing! Testing! Testing! This is your three am alarm call!
(Takes presidency out of the cage and thumps its head on the counter. Throws it up in the air and watches it plummet to the floor.)
American Voters: Now that’s what I call a dead presidency.
Obama: No, no.....No, ‘e’s stunned!
American Voters: STUNNED?!?
Obama: Yeah! You stunned him, just as he was wakin’ up! Hope & Changes stun easily, major.
American Voters: Um...now look...now look, mate, I’ve definitely ‘ad enough of this. That presidency is definitely deceased, and when I purchased it not two years
ago, you assured me that its total lack of movement was due to it bein’ tired and shagged out following a prolonged campaign.
Obama: Well, he’s...he’s, ah...probably pining for Chicago.
American Voters: PININ’ for CHICAGO?!?!?!? What kind of talk is that?, look, why did he fall flat on his back the moment I got ‘im home?
Obama: The Hope & Change prefers keepin’ on it’s back! Remarkable bird, id’nit, squire? Lovely plumage!
American Voters: Look, I took the liberty of examining that presidency when I got it home, and I discovered the only reason that it had been sitting on its perch in the
first place was that it had been NAILED there.
(pause)
Obama: Well, o’course it was nailed there! If I hadn’t nailed that bird down, it would have nuzzled up to those bars, bent ‘em apart with its beak, and
VOOM! Feeweeweewee!
American Voters: “VOOM”?!? Mate, this bird wouldn’t “voom” if you put four million volts through it! ‘E’s bleedin’ demised!
Obama: No no! ‘E’s pining!
American Voters: ‘E’s not pinin’! ‘E’s passed on! This presidency is no more! He has ceased to be! ‘E’s expired and gone to meet ‘is maker! ‘E’s a stiff! Bereft of life, ‘e
rests in peace! If you hadn’t nailed ‘im to the perch ‘e’d be pushing up the daisies! ‘Is metabolic processes are now ‘istory! ‘E’s off the twig! ‘E’s kicked the
bucket, ‘e’s shuffled off ‘is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin’ choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-PRESIDENCY!!
(pause)
Obama: Well, I’d better replace it, then. (he takes a quick peek behind the counter) Sorry squire, I’ve had a look ‘round the back of the shop, and uh,
we’re right out of competent presidents.
American Voters: I see. I see, I get the picture.
Obama: I got a slug (Joe Biden).
(pause)
American Voters: Pray, does it work?
Obama: Nnnnot really.
American Voters: WELL IT’S HARDLY A BLOODY REPLACEMENT, IS IT?!!???!!?

IT WAS FAILED COMMUNICATION SKILLS...

Yes, lefties everywhere. And its not Obama’s inability to communicate. See he communicates just fine. As a matter of fact, he’s the greatest orator in the world, its just that... well... we’re too stupid to understand. He didn’t dumb things down enough for us.

That is the mantra I’m getting from leftist media outlets right now.

How can CBS New York have 100% anti-Obama comments? Has the worm really turned to that extent? If so, good. I’ve read the comments... they read like a thread from FR!

“...He probably really uses communication as the metric to evaluate himself, if he really ever does any sort of self-evaluation, which is highly doubtful. He doesn’t seem to have any other standard by which he thinks he can be measured...."

I think you have gotten to the very core of what Barak Obama actually believes is his single strength, his claim to fame. The Midterm election was Kryptonite to his verbal powers - his mellifluous words no longer have the effect they've alway had with audiences.

Political beliefs aside, Frank Marshall Davis aside, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn aside, “Reverand” Wright aside, George Soros aside, Stanley Dunham aside, Malcoln X aside, Barak Obama Sr. aside, Pakistani connections aside, terrorist propagandist Edward Said aside...Obama was boosted to where he is not only on how he looks, but more importantly how he sounds when he speaks.

This must have become apparent to him even as a child. He also learned verbal delivery skills. He looked just enough like a Black Man and talked just enough like a far left White Man, a combination that handlers back as far as Hawaii and Los Angeles, and then in New York City and Chicago, such as Bill Ayers the others of the violent radical Marxist Left found irresistible as an image they loved and could successfully sell as a facade for furthering their agenda.

How he speaks has been his cherished key to advancement. The election was kryptonite to that ability. The speaking doesn't work for him any more.

Once Obama fully realizes that the cat is out of the bag and that he will never, ever get back adulation about his speaking, he's truly finished.

All that will be left will be spite.

We conservatives need to treat Obama like a formidable opponent, even if he is inept. We will still have dino media to contend with, and possibly RINOs that get flushed out.

‘Failing to sell the importance of several legislative MILESTONES to the American people”...

The American people recognized that these were not MILESTONES-—rather, they were MILLSTONES around the neck of the American taxpayer.

“Making an argument that people can understand,”

Both sides present arguments.

Obama presented his position to the people but Obama failed to hear the position the people presented him. The people reacted the only way they have to react, short of an armed revolution, by voting their position. The issue now is whether Obama heard them.

It would be premature to take a decision now but the initial observation indicates that Obama did not hear the people. Obama is merely seeking a new way to persuade the people to his agenda while ignoring their agenda for him.

It is what it is and so we will see soon enough; not by his words but rather by his deeds.

Obama and his liberal progressives managed to persuade the Democrats that a constitutional government is not in the best interest of their families and their grandchildren’s families.

Can Obama persuade Conservative free Americans that a constitutional government is not in the best interest of their families and their grandchildren’s families? I don’t think so but I’ll listen. Will Obama listen to the merits of a constitutional government?
