Sorry, but I never saw any actual evidence of that. He faked it pretty well with his speech at the 2004 Convention, but has not shown more than a low cunning limited by an inability to grasp even the most obvious realities since then.

Although given that he WAS elected... Yeah, maybe he is a bit smarter than average.... because 45 years of the leftist led public education system has led to significantly lowered IQ's

Obama is an actor — a Hamlet of sorts with ghost for a father and an ideological aspiration that is in league with another ghost: the specter of communism. He is glib actor that uses “words, words, words” with little effort, without much thought, with little concern. He is the first postmodern president where words point to more words and never to reality. His life is a play. In it Obama plays both the King and Hamlet, both the establishment and the rebel, and in the end there is nothing left but the frenzy of words. The critics will applaud and then disprove, people will swoon and then scream “fire” and rush out of the playhouse. But Obama will maintain that sterling sense of poise, as all actors maintain in such a situation, before the big scene. This is his moment and there he waits. This is where the moth that circles around his flame burns up and he, Obama, in his sadness, is happy. The emptiness is there for all to see.

On this basis I'll estimate the teleprompter has an IQ of about 120.

I have no idea what the President's IQ is.
