re: Voter registration is also available from your local County Board of Registrars. You may also obtain voter registration services at the following state and local government offices and agencies ....

I think you can add to that list any casino owned by Harrahs as well as through any labor union in the state.

Agreed. When the SIEU is maintaining the voting machines, how can Rat-face Reid not win?

“Will the new Republican House investigate this and the alleged voter fraud which occurred in numerous locations?”

This is huge - and no one from the propaganda press will touch it - no surprise. We must pursue with our (new) reps and with the Tea Parties...you know Sharron Angle was a huge TP candidate, so this should be high on TPX and Tea Party Patriots radars, one would think...

Big business is in bed with big government. If the gov can assume the cost of benefits, better for them.

Yep, absolutely true. Oct. 18 edition of BusinessWeek has a cover story on how big business really does not like the Tea Party because they sort of like getting bailouts and special privileges.

At some point the Tea Party is going to have to turn their guns on some big businesses, which will be very uncomfortable for the Republican Party.

No. Sad but true.

“In Victor, NY, the scanners went down so authorities took the voters’ filled out ballots, placed them in a box and told the voters they’d all be scanned once the machines came back on line.”

There needs to be an audit trail, confirmed by third party audit, punishable by felonies (jail time), so that voters can confirm electronically (through secure web pipeline) that their vote ID was counted.

In my biography of Reid, we know pimp Joe Conforte provided votes. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sig Rogich and his crew rigged the vote somehow.

For security reasons (i.e. hacking) I'd rather each voting location was totally isolated from the Internet.
I'd also like to see the confirmation (for each candidate selected) completed as the final part of the voting process.

Corruption... ras is far too stupid entrenched in the status quo to understand this fact.

There, fixed it.

The unions and the casino industry in Las Vegas and with instructions from them to all their employees and contractors - “we owe Reid and he’ll protect us”!!!

Too bad we didn't send Nevada a message. . . "re-elect Reid and you'll not see any of my money in the Nevada casinos.

Assuming that Reid didn’t cheat, this is quite the miracle.

If I remember the last Reid election, we should check the totals from the Indian reservations also.

“For security reasons (i.e. hacking) I’d rather each voting location was totally isolated from the Internet.”

OK, keep each location isolated. They can still upload their results to the State SoS and that org can provide a way with confirming that each valid vote was counted.

Eventually, you’ll need a way of confirming all votes in the case of audits/recounts. I really don’t think groups like Diebold have done a good job of explaining the efficacy of their machines to the public. Do they think we have confidence in the current system? If they do, they are SADLY mistaken. I hate the current mail-in system for WA ST - which I think is ripe for fraud also.
http://wei.secstate.wa.gov/osos/en/voterinformation/Pages/VotebyMailFAQ.aspx

I agree with your idea of a confirmation page - before ‘voting’ also.

“To register, all one does is check the box indicating that they are legally qualified to vote. It is a total honor system.”

This is unbelievable and horribly wrong.

Which is why establishment pubbies blast on various parts and pieces of the TP (Palin, O’Donnell, Buck, Joe Miller), although they are loathe to do so to the movement as a whole right now, because of its new found successes on 11/2.

When one registers to vote at the DMV, it is the same thing and maybe that way in other states as well. The DMV doesn’t require evidence that the person is a citizen nor consider it their responsibility to verify the legality of the voter registration.

Add Mormons who didn't like Reid but voted for one of their own. I read somewhere on line that many admitted they didn't like him but voted for him for the reason he is a fellow religionist.

Very good point, I think that is within itself a very good window into that whole group of “brethren”.
