I have posted before that the new House should set up committees to examine the whole issue of doubtful eligibility. The examinations need not be explcit as to Obama, just enough ground to point in his direction. Some months ago I asked my representative to look into the situation of Obama’s eligibility. His(or staff) response was that Obama had presented a BC and we just needed to wait and see what developes. I responded to one of his later appeals for a donation that I don’t pay for ignoring developements. The Nation could be better served by a different mentality than his. He did get reelected but without my vote.
I'm sure the ancient Greeks and Romans felt the same way we do. You oughta hear me moaning and groaning over stuff my kids get up to some times. LOL
AZ introduced the law but it failed to pass both houses and be signed into law, I believe.

You just spoke of the elephant in the living room. The impossible thing that actually happened. And that which no one ever speaks about.
But consider - you are basically describing a game of blackmail. And in such a game, the only way to win is to have something your enemy doesn't want outed. Which means that in the Obama-Hillary situation, Hillary may have had ineligibility on Obama, but Obama had something at least as destructive against Hillary - if not worse. Otherwise, she would have played her card against him.
So the question is, what was held over Hillary's head - and is it still?
Because at this point, if she gets into the White House, she'll remember all of the disloyal ones who went over to the Obama camp.
And she will pay them back.

Or, if it happens between now and the next swearing in of Congress....Pelosi could be POTUS anyway. Staying in the chain of command somewhere fits her profile long term......if this were to happen later somehow. Say, if Congress were suspended or something...... If the US collapses, power could be anyone’s ball game.
Furthermore, Pelosi needs the security, as does Reid, for their illegal acts. You know? As sitting rep/sen, neither can be sued/tried for their actions or treason.

If obama’s electin is voided under DC code 3501 would invalidate all bills signed and appointments made by obama. This is the only way to remove obama and restore the original meaning of Article 2.
Just like that movie “The Butterfly Effect”. He would close his eyes and imagine a different past (Obama never being elected) then wake up and nearly everything from that day till present never happened(no stimulus, no Obama-care, no GM bailout). Before that a similar theme was in the sci-fi book ‘Lathe of Heaven’. Problem is every-time they wished away the past it would break something else. They had no way of predicting exactly what the changes would bring. Fortunately we cant just wish away the past, even if we wish we could.
