Read what I said again. Does it imply women choosing NOT to abort are scum? It means that women that follow through on the CHOICE (i.e., abort for convenience) are. A person that would murder for convenience is scum in my opinion.
I utterly fail to find any response or suggestion on this thread to justify that question. Your wife didn't abort; Shows maturity, character and a sense of responsibility. You chose to see it as applying to her, not the writer.
