I got it to load when I put “www.” before the address, but then it was temporarily unavailable anyway. You hit the nail right on the head, I’m sure it’s getting hammered, and SO IT SHOULD.

So, some “students” complained about the presence of the flag on Cody’s bike, and the flag had to be removed.
If Cody complained about the presence of these same “students” at his school, would they be removed?
