unless you want thought police arresting, and perhapos executing people for something they haven’t done, then you are intelligent enough to know that we need to remember that a person is innocent until proven guilty, and that they must be guilty of some action, NOT some thought.
criminalizing thoughts, however distasteful those thoughts may be, opens the door to persecution of anyone for anything.
BTW: almost every mystery writer provides instructions on how to commit murder. should they be prosecuted as well? if so, then round them up. if not, then please tell me what crimes authors are allowed to write about?

Pedophile thoughts that are turned into books or blogs or how to manuals are another thing entirely and until leftist SCOTUS decisions that were wrong, would not be legal.

A murder mystery detailing a THEORETICAL murder invented in the author’s mind is one thing. It meant to entertain, and is not a “how to” manual.
A how-to pedophilia book written by a REAL pedophile, with the intent of REALLY helping REAL pedophiles commit crimes is entirely different. It is not for the purpose of innocent entertainment, it is to help pedophiles COMMIT CRIMES. It is encitement to criminal acts.

And thoughts are not the same as the ACTION of writing a book and selling it.
I already explained that mystery writers are not convicted murderers writing how to manuals with the intent of helping other people commit crimes.
This book is a how to manual, written to help other pedophiles commit crimes, by a pedophile who has committed crimes.
