MADISONVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The district attorney general for Monroe County will not immediately release the autopsy report of a local election commissioner whose body was discovered in a burning car.
The Knoxville News Sentinel reported earlier this week that it had filed two open records requests for the preliminary autopsy on Jim Miller's body after Medical Examiner Christopher Shamblin did not respond to them.
On Friday, District Attorney General Steve Bebb of Cleveland sent a news release saying he had obtained a copy of the full autopsy but would not immediately release it because that could compromise the investigation.

Seems Monroe County has allegations of corruption and voter fraud going on.
Who won the House seat here?
Best not to go anywhere near that part of Tennessee on I-75 from Chattanooga to Knoxville. Read what happened to one man who made the mistake of driving thorough that part of Tennessee.
Its not just in that part of Tennessee, this state is polluted with corrupt law enforcement and out of control local politicians...
Only in Tennessee would it take 4 months to investigate a murder when the primary suspect is in the Sheriffs office. Meanwhile the Sheriffs Deputies are too busy arresting innocent travelers on I-75 between Chattanooga and Knoxville.

Chuck Fleischmann. Seems to be a solid choice both socially and fiscally.
