Harris is a pretty solid conservative. Outside of Baltimore, and Montgomery & Prince George’s Counties, Maryland is conservative. Harris’ CD does not touch those areas.
No one wants a gap in their healthcare coverage. I wonder why he just doesn’t extend the coverage he has now. Harris is far from being a RINO.

His question was a general one of WHY do employees have to wait for the first of the month following 30 days of employment to obtain coverage and he thought it was because of the slowness of the staff.

Obviously you know nothing of Dr. Harris or this part of Maryland. Around these parts the candidate with "Speak English!!!" on their sign gets the most votes.
Harris is a military veteran and doctor who is very active (along with his wonderful wife) in the pro-life movement. He is a "rino killer", having beaten rino incumbents in his races for both local office and congress.
In addition to being pro-life, he:
Supports Amendment to prevent same sex marriage.
Supports education vouchers for public or private school.
Supports Identifying constitutionality in every new congressional bill.
Has an A rating from the NRA.
Harris is one of the good guys.
