They want a reprobate sodomite, anti-family military that they can trust eventually to turn their guns on the remainder of the American populace, confiscate our weapons, and complete paving the road to serfdom for us.
They want women hardened and desensitized in combat, too; ones they can later train to be the "child protective services" agents to take children away from Christian families who home school and discipline their children.

Christs body, made of many parts, is designed to take much abuse...the minority of said parts have a 'pushback' function...most are willing to suffer quietly in the assurance that all this is temporal...
