Sarah Palin will be in several places tonight on television.
She will attend Dancing With the Stars on ABC, starting at 8 p.m., to see daughter Bristol dance. And former Gov. Palin has a taped interview with Sean Hannity on Hannity, starting at 9 on Fox News Channel. (A warning: Dancing is supposed to run till 9:11 p.m.)
The headline from Hannity: Palin wont be giving another interview to CBS Katie Couric.
About another Couric interview, Palin says: As for doing an interview, though, with a reporter who already has such a bias against whatever it is that I would come out and say? Why waste my time? No.
Palin also weighs in on the state of journalism: I want to help clean up the state that is so sorry today of journalism. And I have a communications degree. I studied journalism, who, what, where, when, and why of reporting. I will speak to reporters who still understand that cornerstone of our democracy, that expectation that the public has for truth to be reported. And then we get to decide our own opinion based on the facts reported to us.

Mistake. Sarah can handle that bimbo.
And state-run media can pretend they are actual Palin quotes!
Better to just bury her.
She's done now. Stick a fork in her.
Conservatives should boycott the MSM altogether-make ‘em get their news from Fox!
That may be true but I agree with Sarah. Don’t play their game and besides, why give The Perky One the ratings?
She should do an interview with the Perky One, but only under certain conditions. It must be live, continuous, and without editing.
Also, her people must be allowed to record it also (just incase the CBS camera people are biased in their angles.)
Sarah should describe in great detail about Katie Couric and her last interview...
How she asked her the same question over and over again, until she finallly in frustration said “I’ll have to get back to you” and then that’s all they used on the show
Couric needs to get a karmic clue.
“I want to help clean up the state that is so sorry today of journalism. And I have a communications degree.”
LOL!
My guess is that Palin felt that she was set up for the Couric interview, and noe thinks, well, babe you have had your pound of flesh: don’t expect anything more.

Huh?
I agree on the "bimbo" part, but the "mistake" would be in providing "the bimbo" with valuable air time. At this stage of the game, it's the "bimbo" who needs Sarah, not the other way around.
Sarah appears to be a person w/ a VERY long memory. G*D says forgive 70x70 BUT he does NOT say that you have to put yourself in the same situation again and again.
You are delusional.
The media would never be so dumb as to think a comedy routine was an actual quote of a politician?
Would they?
It isn't a matter of handling Couric. It's a principle of not rewarding a journalist who hasn't proven she is capable of doing quality work. Perky Katie needs to show she can be a responsible journalist.
