What town in Ark do you visit? I’m originally from the Natural State.

I smell a setup in this entire TSA situation. Can’t put my finger on it, but these draconian procedures, and the subsequent public outcry is no accident.

*********************

I think it is simply a test of wills. If it looks like they will lose, they will step back and back it down. If the American public blinks and submits, we are another step down the road towards a totalitarian police state. We are without a doubt in an authoritarian police state now.

When the foreign occupier employed the phrase 'fundamentally transforming America' two years ago, that's precisely what he meant. Zer0 has no intention of going quietly.

Question?

Why couldn’t we, when flying, carry a file car with the 4th amendment on one side and the law that states flying is a RIGHT, not a ‘privilege’.

If pulled aside - demand a warrant that show, per the 4th, that show ‘probable cause’ to treat you like a possible threat - before they can illegally search you person.

When they say, and they will, that flying is NOT A RIGHT, but a privilege turn the card over and read the law that states otherwise.

If they continue to refuse to let you peacefully board, demand they call an officer of the airline - NOT a supervisor of TSA - AND a police officer. Police officers swear an oath to uphold the Constitution. If the police offer hesitates, show them the 4th amendment. Then ask him to see that you are allowed to board...that you have paid for a ticket and that is a contract between you and the airlines that gives you the right to fly (along with the legal RIGHT TO FLY” - the gov’t doesn't own the airways.)

the 4th: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

the RIGHT to fly - I can’t remember the bill no. does anyone have it?

Then, if all this fails and we still aren't allowed to board - then we have the right to have our money refunded and leave the airport - or they are also guilty of unlawful detention. First off, have someone go with you to the airport that isn't flyikng and have them hang around outside the boarding area and unobstrusively video tape and if if come to it and you ask for a police officer and they refuse - ahve a pre-arranged signal for your friend to call them - and tell them the gate etc -

Anyone who doesn’t respond to inappropriate groping with “thank you, may I have another” should be fined $11,000 by the TSA and re-inspected by their best Helen Thomas look-alike.

They should face verbal abuse from every passenger they try to abuse physically.

The Tough $hit America agency is worried about verbal abuse?

Yep, the guys who have guns, who can arrest you, can feel you up, can have you fined for thousands of dollars are CRYING because you might frown at them. They want my pity? Gimmee a break.

"I don’t blame the employees, because they are just doing what they are told to do."

If memory serves a bunch of guys who liked to wear spiffy black and red uniforms back in the 30s and 40s tried the "I was just following orders" defense. It didn't fly then and it won't fly now.

Mark my words, blood will be spilled over this issue if the government does not back off soon!
