During a stop in New Jersey Monday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said that the TSA and its new screening procedures could see some “changes,” but not during the Thanksgiving travel rush. The admission follows statements by the TSA Sunday that it was not considering changes.
According to Politico, the Secretary said the TSA will “make adjustments or changes when called upon” to its screening procedures at airports, but emphasized not if such changes make Americans less safe on airplanes.

If Janet means “ask likely terrorists to step out of line,” I’m all for it. Somehow I doubt that is the case...
Given the level of incompetence I see from Big Sis, I wouldn’t be surprised if the new policy is that all Muslims are exempted from the screens and pat downs, wouldn’t want to offend them after all.
I hate to even say this, but you just know the bad guys are going to build a bomb that can fit up a jihadist’s butt or something just to prove they can still get past our security. Never let a good crisis go to waste.

If the changes would mean that somehow these procedures would be easier on the general traveling public they would be implemented before Thanksgiving in order to help speed things up. So my guess is that we are not going to like the changes, so they get implemented after Thanksgiving. Like waiving muslim women through without putting them through the same crap that they are putting us through.
She really thinks that grabbing the boobs of a 70 year old woman will keep us safe??? Or grabbing a 30 year old guys junk will??? This woman is absolutely stupid. Boob and crotch grabbing by government backed thugs will not keep one single MUSLIM terrorist off a plane. People will. We who have been grabbed and groped do the profiling that our own government will not do. WE do it and the last time it was one man who saved the Christmas bomber plane. We need to defund the TSA.
What was this agency supposed to accomplish and has it done what its supposed to do ? It has never discovered a terrorist or a group of terrorists attempting to take over a plane and blow it up or crash it into a major stucture.
Those were discovered sometimes after a terrorist managed to get on a plane and were uncovered in flight. If that is what it was supposed prevent it has dismally failed. The law which created this thing allows local airports to opt out and that is what they should do.
Rush Limbaugh ran some calculations on how this agency in 2 years time suddenly emerged into a 60,000 strong and growing federal bureaucracy and if I heard him right has 3000 supervisors living in the highest income suburbs in the US drawing down $100+ G’s a year bumping into each other in a sprawling DC complex.
Not only that. The conservative talk show host was taking callers working for airlines who were relating that the overstaffing was also occuring at the terminals they were working at. With “inspectors” taking turns processing wary passengers while other “agents” were standing around sizing up the situation.
