If they start approving asylum based on some danger Mexicans claim they face due to the drug violence, then the number who might make that claim could be half the population.
This guy was a Law Enforcement officer, probably has a clean record, he had a job, that’s for sure.
Obama will send him home. He only wants drug dealers ,criminals and lawn help to come into America.
All these Third World lowlifes are jumping onboard the "asylum" scam b/c it revs up the US gravy train bigtime.
Some Third Worlders are pleading "domestic violence". Mexicans claim "drug violence" forced them to flee over the border to seek "asylum."
They know SocSec provides financial aid to "refugees" seeking asylum, claiming "persecution".....they collect SS checks of $1000 a month...for 7 years straight (w/ extensions made by desperate Dems looking for votes).

That does not include a panoply of govt freebies-----"EITC---earned income credit" of up to $3,200 scot-free, Section 8 housing and subsidized rent, food stamps and no deductible, no co-pay free health care, free school breakfasts and lunches for kids.
The kids qualify for monthly SSI checks, faking ADD; the illegal and the elderly get SSI if they fake being aged, blind or disabled; SSI qualifies them for Medicare.
They don't worry about pricey items like car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance, and get relief from high energy bills.
ALL OF THAT IS COLLECTED WITH JUST ONE IDENTITY Evidence shows illegals establish several identities with phony SS nos and fake documents (which these "poor immigrants" buy from document brokers for several thousand dollars).

"EITC---earned income credit" of up to $3,200 scot-free is a gov "gimme" program. Proposed by Nixon, signed into law by Ford and increased under every administration since, without exception. Should be repealed but anytime a Republican even suggests slowing its growth, the liberals scream, "Republicans hate the "poor" and Republicans back down.
REFERENCE Watch TV's Judge Judy. She always makes a point to determine a litigant's stability by asking about their incomes and jobs. The look of disgust on JJ's face when these immigrants say they receive a refund for not paying taxes, is priceless.
And there are probably members of the Mexican military who could make the same asylum claim. The people who are to fight the drug corruption and dangers are seeking asylum because of the dangers? Every police chief in northern Mexico could make such a claim. Every family member of such people could make such a claim. There would be almost no end to it.
And in the meantime Obama is going to pull our troops off the border. This has already spilled over onto American soil and they are hiding the data on OTM entries into the US through the border.
OTM means Other Than Mexican. Can you say potential terrorists? Or should that read undocumented terrorists?
If America has to have Mexicans, I’d rather it be the good (but overwhelmed) guys. The rest will essentially commit social suicide.
Start forming an Inactive Reserve of Mexican authorities so that when we have to take military action we have a direct link to a legitimate authority.
