“Can’t we send in a sniper to blow his effing head off? Which Socialist European douchehole is he hiding in anyway?”

Instead we have a Wimpy pretty please “do not release those”.

We need to close off the leak on this side as well, with a lethal injection.

Looks like we’re gonna have to ramp up on the pat downs, scanners, and unionize the TSA to avert what’s fixing to rain down on us.

How do we know that ay of these docs is 100% authentic/unprocessed - and not biased revisionist history written, like the Pentagon Papers of old, by the very people who stole and leaked them with the intent of doing harm to the US?

It’s pretty curious that Gorelick’s wall only acts as a wall to block investigators trying to defend the country but not leakers trying to undermine it.

An article said most of the cables were from 2004 on. Note that 2004 is when Daniel Ellsberg launched his Truth-Telling Project / Truth-Telling Coalition. This is the same group the former Ambassador Joe Wilson and his CIA wife-superdeepcoverspy was associated with. They were also associated with a group called EPIC. Most of the players, like seminar callers to talk radio, pretended initially to be "conservative" but were actually in support of John Kerry.

This Ellsberg Project was an effort to gin up, coordinate and use a swarm of leakers, not one guy.

Whomever leaked this stuff, once it starts resulting in “tapped” state department, intelligence and US military officers and troops overseas and body bags coming back, should himself be “taken out”. Dont count on an official US policy to do it, but I would suspect there are plenty of pissed off people with the desire and means to even the score on these leakers.

Imagine, our media can find all of this but knows nothing about Climategate, Obama’s Czars, the costs of Healthcare....

And the most amazing thing about wikileaks is it somehow did not manage to get and post the Harmony Doc Database from Iraq which FR translator jveritas was working on before the database was taken offline and classified right when it was getting so interesting.

And wiki didn't seem to get anything on the proliferatrion network of Qadeer Khan.

At least if it did the NY times and so on doesn't seem interested...

because he was pretty good with a computer and our security has went to hell over the years. Blame Bill Clinton and W for this lack of basic IT security. We are not following the same level of security that we did during the the Cold War with Russia.

Thanks, snippy! I somehow missed that when it came out.
It’s hard to believe that punk got his hands on all this info. Shows how insecure our National Security really is.

When I think I can't be any more disgusted by Gorelick, I learn I'm wrong.
One has to wonder how much more was given to wikileaks by Manning.
