The Empire Strikes Back - best of all the Star Wars films.
Never Say Never Again was pretty good too, especially for a non-EON 007 flick (although it was a remake of Thunderball).

The best of the star wars series. That might be because someone other than Lucas directed it (Kershner) and wrote the final screenplay (Leigh Brackett and Lawrence Kasdan).
