A man and woman are in custody for allegedly beating a 59-year female crossing guard and stealing her stop sign and whistle in front of nearly two dozen school children and adults Monday afternoon in the Florence-Firestone area.
Sheriff's investigators said the two suspects drove up to the intersection in a black Ford Expedition at about 2 p.m. and began to turn east on Firestone Boulevard from northbound Hooper Avenue. The crossing guard raised her stop sign higher in the air and told the suspects, "You have to stop, the children come first."

I vote for plain old human debris, lots of human debris floating around the country right now.
Well, Dr. William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn would point out that the process of collectivist revolution proceeds through an intermediary of anarchy, which disrupts the status quo and prepares the angry population for a new form of government based on direct control of the means of production.
So I'd say that what you are seeing are California Mexicans caught in the throes of the anarchic stage of the collectivist revolutionary process, rather than the drug-addled sociopathic criminals they seem to be.
The Left calls it a warcrime when our guards on base fire upon a speeding vehicle blowing through checkpoints without stopping or responding to warnings to halt.
