Lets see now, Demoncrap governors (NY/NJ) first banned the planned off shore exploration and drilling in 1982... and now that other states (FL)are re-thinking the revenues lost to this misguided policy and are more open to developing these needed resources, the white hut is now doing so... seems it has become a lot more than a five year plan. More like perpetual.
