My gggg maternal grandfather use to practically run Sweetwater...he migrated from Pennsylvania. He was pro Union during the invasion from the North. His last name was Owen, my fathers given name. My father was no Yankee.
One of his daughters ran away and married my ggg grandfather..who joined the 3rd Tennessee Cavalry.
Check the lineage of the jury and judge..

Only mistake? That’s a lot like saying that Jeffery Dahmer’s only mistake was not cleaning his plate. Trying to arrest the jury foreman wasn’t a simple mistake, or error in judgement, it was a billboard announcing this guy’s lack of sanity to the world.
