I'm taking a product now that, if not good for weight loss (I haven't taken it long enough to comment), it's very good for energy and movement. Having difficulty just getting out of bed, and forget tying my shoes (I wore slip ons), I'm now darn-near buzzing around our home, doing housework while bending, stretching, and lifting. Climbing stairs is no longer such an enormous task of hold on, grimace, and climb. Part of losing weight, to me, is feeling better so one can tackle the issue, and Wobenzym N is certainly giving me a boost in my energy level. It was prescribed to me by my physician (he's a maintstream doc that uses holistic medicine also) and I'm taking over twice the recommended amount. This is something, of course, one should not try without talking to their primary physician first. I don't believe there are any side effects, but it might not be recommended for mixing with certain prescription medicines. It's something to check out, anyway.
