BREAKING: Obama got all C’s and D’s in college and law school

Here’s a piece from Jennifer Rubin calling Obama out on the ignoramus that he is.  Rubin hits hard with:

He displays contempt for Americans who don’t agree with his flawed policies, in effect instructing them to shut up. But his arrogance is both unwise (these people vote!) and undeserved.

--continued--

Obama was a C or D student in college who was passed and promoted aggressively because he was a smiling, biracial, man with a weird name who more likely than not played up on his Muslim upbringing in Indonesia in all of his college admissions essays and other course work. That’s the sort of thing Columbia and Harvard JUST LOVE…so we can’t imagine he ever hid any of that. It’s what made him interesting to the academic elite…this little brown boy raised in the jungles of the Pacific, mentored by Frank Marshall, with that Kenyan last name.

They just ate that stuff up.

There’s a reason Obama won’t release those transcripts…or any of the other dozens of documents he spends millions of dollars concealing. Historians will eventually find them all, and one day in the future when all of us are long dead future Americans will have a better, if not ever fully accurate, picture of who the 44th President of the United States was.

Oh really?
Really, yes.
Appreciated your 1997 reference, but you know, it is now 2010 and things have changed.
For all who need some info, here’s a quote from the Princeton website.

“In the spring of 2003, the department chairs made it clear that we were not going to make progress with exhortation. Faculty in one department had no incentive to grade more rigorously if faculty in another department weren’t also grading more rigorously. So the department chairs charged the Faculty Committee on Examinations and Standing with drafting a University-wide grading policy, which was proposed to and adopted by the faculty in April 2004.

Son- Yale Neuroscience 2010
Daughter- Princeton Classics Major 2008

Princeton grades on a curve, Yale doesn’t. Totally different schools.

Right from this years report, 04-10

Not very dramatic, eh?

I don't really care what grades he got in school. I am more concerned with the big red 'F' he has earned as President.

I’d be curious to hear more generals and specifics about that classics major.

I tend to think that most classics departments are dead, and just focusing on minutiae and utterly failing to make the classics relevant (sort of all the things that VDH argues in Who Killed Homer?). It would be encouraging (!) to hear a rebuttal of that. It’s not JUST about working hard (though that is a good start...). It’s about working towards a rational goal in the classics department. If they are doing that at Princeton in classics, that would be VERY encouraging!

I WANT TO SEE REAL ADMISSION RECORDS, and TRANSCRIPTS, until then it is just an UNSUBSTANTIATED ALLEGATION, and under HERESAY RULES would not even be allowed to be brought up in ANY COURTROOM IN AMERICA without Proper Documentation.

And just where are you licensed to practice law? Apparently in a jurisdiction where one doesn't have to know the definition of hearsay.

Obama graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. That is a fact. Your comment is strange and certainly not based on any facts.

Why do you make up things? Can’t you make a factual point? Also, when you call the President of the United States an insulting name like that you are showing the world that there are anti American traitors right here in our own country. I am not a huge supporter of President Obama, but I can’t sit by while the lunatic fringe make these kinds of crazy comments. I am grateful that I live in this great country where all can make comments freely.

Why do you make up things?

Who is saying that was made up? Bama? You? I have an idea, He should release his records and then everyone would shut up, until then anyone can make up any story they want.

If you have $5 you can get my college transcripts.
