He was a natural born citizen of India as both of his parents were in America on Student Visas at the time of his birth. He was born a citizen of India and is legally eligible to be president or prime minister of India.

You can trot out the same tired birther talking points all you want, the ones that have failed repeatedly in case after case. Nobody cares. Nobody's buying this nonsense.

Sorry but I do and there are a lot of other Freepers out there who care about the constitution. Maybe you don't. Maybe you think that just because someone is Conservative that the Constitution doesn't apply to them. Well it does.

Jindal would probably make an excellent Chief Executive. Unfortunately he is not eligible to be the Chief Executive of the United States. He is a Natural Born Citizen of India not of the United States.

Pick another candidate. He's not going to be president. He's not eligible.
